TLV Thermostatic Steam Trap FL21 FL32 QuickTrap

TLV FL21/FL32 Thermostatic Steam Trap Station, consisting of the L21/L32 Thermostatic trap unit and F46 In-Line connector. Supplied in sizes 1/2" to 1" with options of Screwed, Socket Weld or Flanged end connections.

Part of the QuickTrap series of products the F46 from TLV is an in-line connector. Constructed from stainless steel with an integral strainer to protect equipment, the F46 features the QuickTrap universal flange with a two bolt connection system allowing the easy replacement of a steam trap and correct installation position regardless of piping orientation.

TLV FL21/FL32 Thermostatic Steam Trap unit designed to fit universal QuickTrap connectors from TLV and other brands. Stainless Steel construction with air jacketing insulates the steam trap and reduces the influence of harsh environmental conditions. Options including an integrated check valve are available upon request. Utilises the 'X-Element' thermostatic module from other TLV steam traps offering increased efficiency on start-up by venting hot air as well as cold air and cold condensate initially.

Suitable for line sizes 1/2", 3/4" and 1" and supplied with BSP Screwed, Socket Weld or Flanged End Connections.
