Automated Bump Test & Calibration System
AutoRAE is a charging, bump test & calibration station that consists of a controller and up to ten cradles for RAE Systems portable gas monitors (eg EntryRAE) With AutoRAE, gas monitors are automatically charged and calibrated, thus increasing user confidence and safety while reducing the cost of maintenance and record keeping.

Connecting cradles to the controller or to each other is simple. A single rigid  mechanism connects power, data and gas. By placing a RAE instrument into the cradle (with the filter on) engages the gas monitor's power gas and data ports. Press the cradle button once for bump test and  twice for calibration. A few minutes later, LED's clearly indicate "Pass" or "Fail" and "Charging" or "Charged" status.  If a unit fails its bump test, the system automatically calibrates the unit.
