Gastec gas detector tubes are thin glass tubes with calibration scales printed by which you can directly read concentrations of the substances (gases and vapours) to be measured. Each tube contains detection reagent(s) that are especially sensitive to the target substance and quickly produces a distinct layer of colour change.
Over 545 different tubes are available - See Schedules below for list of Tubes, Dosi-Tubes & Accessories that APC carry in stock. (If you do not see the tube or part you require listed below please contact us and we will be happy to order it for you)
On-site measurements can be performed easily by anybody, anytime and anywhere, in a short period of time.
Easy to check direct reading system:- merely draw in the sample gas and read the calibrator indication at the front edge of the colour-change layer.
An extensive measuring range can be obtained by adjusting the volume of the sample to be drawn.
In order to assure high precision, each production lot is tested and calibrated independently. Each detector tube has its own quality control number printed on the tube.
Long shelf-life with excellent long term stability.
Low cost
Each pack contains 10 Gastec tubes.
1 pack (10 tubes) = $58.00 +gst
5+ packs = $52.00 +gst
