Honeywell Analytics have finally produced a fixed gas detector for flammable gas (lpg & cng; natural gas) for use in the residential home.


Installation is simple :

-The controller should be installed no more than 3m from the gas source (heater or stove).
- With natural gas, the detector may be installed within 3meters of the appliance but should be installed within 30cm of the ceiling.

Further remote detectors may be added to the system for full protection.
